Philip C. Zimmerman, Esq., Of Counsel - pcz@larsonandlarimer.com

Mr. Zimmerman earned an undergraduate business degree in Finance and Economics from the Ohio State University and a law degree from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. He has extensive experience in bankruptcy, insolvency, workouts and restructurings, business transactions, regulatory/compliance oversight matters, and all aspects of general business litigation. This includes trial and appellate work in state and federal courts in Colorado and around the country.

Michael D. Frederick, Esq., Associate - mdf@larsonandlarimer.com

Mr. Frederick earned his Bachelors of Arts with a double major in English and Philosophy, Cum Laude, from Regis College (now Regis University) and his Juris Doctor from the Columbus School of Law at The Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C., completing specialized certificate programs in both Public Policy and International Law.  Mr. Frederick was admitted to the Bar in the State of Maryland in 1996 and to the Bar in the State of Colorado in 1997. Mr. Frederick initially practiced in both civil and criminal litigation with a concentration in criminal appeals.  In 1999, Mr. Frederick began working as a Deputy District Attorney in Arapahoe County (18th Judicial District) where, after his promotion to felony prosecution in 2000, he continued as a prosecutor for over ten years, ending his tenure with the Arapahoe County District Attorney’s Office in 2010. 

Mr. Frederick has extensive trial experience as a felony prosecutor and has expanded his litigation skills into the civil arena with Larson & Larimer, with a strong emphasis in Insurance Bad Faith, Personal Injury, Criminal Defense and business litigation.
