On May 01, 2013, 7:00 am in the morning, the client was traveling westbound on Yale Avenue in Aurora, CO. She began to cross the intersection of Yale Avenue and Peoria Street with a green traffic light, when she felt a heavy impact from the driver’s side caused by a vehicle operated by Ms. Banks who went through a red traffic light and struck her vehicle. The significant impact caused the client’s vehicle to spin out and strike a traffic pole. Due to the severe impact the client sustained significant injuries including restrictions and unrelenting pain in her neck requiring her to undergo a cervical discectomy with a fusion.
