Mr. Schneider concentrates on the practice of law to the representation of plaintiffs in personal injury, insurance bad faith, and wrongful death litigation. He has obtained substantial recoveries on behalf of his clients through settlement, arbitration, and trial in the following areas: motor vehicle collisions, slip and fall incidents, trucking collisions, and insurance bad faith claims.
Mr. Schneider began his career working for the insurance companies working both as an employee of Farmer’s Insurance and as an outside counsel attorney for numerous insurance companies. Through his insurance defense practice Mr. Schneider defending many cases through jury trial. Since 2009, Mr. Schneider has worked helping injured people obtain justice. Mr. Schneider has successfully argued before the Colorado Court of Appeals including the case of Silva v. Wilcox, which, for the first time, provided that an illegal immigrant can bring a lost wage claim in Colorado.
